Albert Wesker and William Birkin are the youngest employees ever hired by the Umbrella Corporation. They are brilliant scientists, but are not prepared for Umbrella's secret virus known as the Progenitor, a virus that creates the living dead. Manipulated by their superiors, James Marcus and Ozwell Spencer, they must work together in order to succeed.
Part Two: The Arklay Outbreak
Albert Wesker runs the Arklay lab by day and commands the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team by night. William Birkin runs the Raccoon City lab and tries to please his wife and daughter. When a mystery man from the past returns to cause havoc, S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team goes to investigate. Now, officer Rebecca Chambers must join convict Billy Coen to fight the outbreak.
Part Three: The Mansion Incident
Bravo team is missing, so Alpha goes to rescue them. But no one expects the horrors they are about to witness. Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, and Barry Burton find a mansion in the woods crawling with zombies. Meanwhile, Albert Wesker controls them from behind the scenes. Their worst fears have been realized: the T-virus has reached Raccoon City, turning most of the residents into zombies. Jill Valentine wakes up to see a city in ruins and must fight to make it out alive. Meanwhile, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield arrive in town and find themselves thrown into a nightmare. Can any of them escape the city of the dead?

Raccoon City is in ruins, and the few survivors must escape before it's too late. But the survivors are being pursued by strange creatures. One year has passed since the Raccoon City Outbreak. Tricell agent Ada Wong is sent to investigate when an Umbrella facility in Russia starts new viral research. Meanwhile, the man known as Hunk is training new soldiers for Tricell. When a new viral strain infects the city, Ada Wong is trapped and Hunk's team is sent in to deal with the outbreak.
